As previously announced, the conference is planned for

May 19-25, 2013

at the hotel Wyspa Ski & Spa in Ustroń.

The arrival day is Sunday, May 19 (the registration desk will be open from 4 p.m.);
the departure is on Saturday, May 25, after lunch. You can get more information on the hotel from its website:

The nearest airports to Ustroń are Ostrava Airport in Mošnov (Czech Republic, about 75 km), Katowice Airport in Pyrzowice (about 115 km) and Kraków Airport in Balice (about 135 km). There will be a free conference bus from Kraków to Ustroń on May, 19, and from Ustroń to Kraków on May, 25 (this includes the transfers from and to Kraków Airport, as well); a connection between Katowice Airport and Ustroń will also be arranged. The departure times will be announced based on the arrival information communicated to us by the participants interested in such connections. Moreover, from Kraków and Katowice to Ustroń you can take a public bus (from Katowice also a train). If you wish to stay for a few days in Kraków and visit the city, we can help you to book a hotel.

The total costs of the conference for participants are:

705 PLN (approximately 177 EUR, at the moment) - conference fee,
822 PLN (approximately 206 EUR, at the moment) - accommodation in a double room or 936 PLN (approximately 234 EUR, at the moment) - accommodation in a single room,

and for accompanying persons 270 PLN (68 EUR) and 822 PLN (206 EUR), respectively.

The fees cover conference materials, meals (from dinner on May 19 till lunch on May 25), refreshments and social events of the conference (as usual, a banquet, a picnic and an excursion are planned). Unfortunately, we will not be able to accommodate each participant in a single room. However, if someone wishes to book it in advance, then the reservation fee is 300 PLN (75 EUR).

with the indication "ICFEI" before March 31, 2013. Please do not send cheques, if possible. In case the payment of your fee is made by an institution, the invoice will be issued to it automatically. Otherwise, to receive the invoice you should contact the Financial Department of our university (e-mail: annaw@up.krakow.pl) just after transfering the payment.

Notification of cancellation must be made in writing by a registered letter or email to the Conference Office. The payment reduced by an administration charge of 200 PLN (50 EUR) will be refunded if cancellation is received before April 30, 2013. Refunds will be processed after the conference.

The accommodation fee should be paid by credit card or cash at the front desk of the hotel upon the arrival.

Each participant is invited to give a talk (not longer than 15 minutes). A data projector, an overhead projector for displaying transparencies (representable format is 20 cm x 15 cm) and a paperboard (flip chart) will be provided. Those of the participants who wish to present a talk are kindly asked to send us an abstract, which will be included in the conference materials. Abstracts should be typeset in LaTeX (preferably, but TeX, AMS-TeX etc. are also acceptable). It should contain the name of the author, affiliation and the title of the talk; its length should not exceeded one page. Please prepare the document as simple as possible avoiding, in particular, using commands like: newcommand, newcounter, newenvironment, hspace, vspace, footnote, etc. The LaTeX file of the abstract should be send to: icfei@up.krakow.pl with the word "abstract" in the subject field. The deadline for submitting abstracts is March 31, 2013.

Please complete the registration process by filling on-line the Final Registration Form, using the personal registration link sent in an e-mail, by January 5, 2013.

It would be very helpful if you fill the Final Registration Form, even if you do not intend to take part in the 15th ICFEI. A message sent by e-mail is also welcome (and satisfactory).

The organizers cannot accept responsibility for any accidents that might occur or for any loss of property. Participants are strongly advised to take out personal travel and medical insurance.
