SECOND ANNOUNCEMENT   Dear Colleague,  As previously announced, the Conference will be held in the Mathematical Research and Conference Center (MRCC) in Będlewo.  It offers double and single rooms with bathrooms and such facilities as  sauna, bicycles, table tennis, billiards, TV, parking. The lecture room  is equipped with two overhead projectors, data projector, blackboard.  Participants are expected to arrive at MRCC on the 11th of  September in the afternoon or in the evening. The first meal is dinner (September 11, from 6. p.m., according to the arrivals), the last one - lunch on September 17th.  The conference fee for participants is 325 EUR (1 300 PLN), for an accompanying person 250 EUR (1000 PLN). It includes the costs of registration, accomodation and meals, the conference bus from the train station or the airport, refreshments and proceedings of the conference. Single rooms are available for an additional fee of 60 EUR. Please, transfer the payment to the account (observe its new number)  SWIFT CODE (BIC) BPHKPLPK  PL31 1060 0076 0000 3200 0046 7978  with the indication "10th ICFEI" before June 30, 2005. Please, do not send cheques, if possible. In case you are unable to come and if you inform us before the beginning of the Conference we will refund your payment minus a charge of 30 EUR. Please, supply us with as detailed information as possible (in particular on your arrival) by filling in the enclosed "Final Registration Form" returning it to us by June 30.  Those of the participants who wish to present a talk (about 20 min. long) are kindly asked to send us an abstract, which will be included in the conference materials. Your abstract should be typeset in LaTeX (preferably, but TeX, AMS-TeX etc. is also acceptable). It should contain your name, affiliation and the title of your talk; its lenght should not exceeded one page. Please prepare the document as simple as possible avoiding, in particular, using commands like: newcommand, newcounter, newenvironment, hspace, vspace, footnote, etc. The source LaTeX file of the abstract, (if possible together with a pdf or postscript one) should be send to:  jacek@ap.krakow.pl    and    icfei@ap.krakow.pl with the word "abstract" in the subject field.
