FIRST ANNOUNCEMENT   Dear Colleague, On recommendation of the Scientific Committee, we take pleasure to inviting you to the Tenth International Conference on Functional Equations and Inequalities (10th ICFEI), which is included into the programme of the Stefan Banach International Mathematical Center of the Polish Academy of Sciences. The conference is organized by the Institute of Mathematics of the Pedagogical University in Cracow. The jubilee of the tenth conference coincides with 70th birthdays of Professors Dobiesław Brydak and Bogdan Choczewski, who have organized all of the 9 earlier conferences. The Scientific Committee of the 10th ICFEI consists of the Professors: Dobiesław Brydak (chairman), Jacek Chmieliński (secretary),  Bogdan Choczewski,  Roman Ger, Marek Cezary Zdun. The Organizing Committee of the 10th ICFEI consists of: Prof. Janusz Brzdęk (chairman), Dr. Paweł Solarz, Ms. Janina Wiercioch, Mr. Władysław Wilk. The Conference is planned for September 11 -- 17, 2005 (arrival on Sunday -- September, 11 - in the afternoon, departure on Saturday after lunch), and will be held in the Mathematical Research and Conference Center, Będlewo (near Poznań). The conference fee for participants is 1 300 PLN (approximately 325 EUR at the moment), for accompanying persons 1000 PLN (approximately 250 EUR). It would be very helpful if you fill the Preliminary Registration Form (choose between tex and pdf file) and send it back by March 15, 2005, even if you do not intend to take part in the 10th ICFEI.
